About us.
Maria Szymańska
Born in Warsaw, Poland.
Studied ballet, choreography, theory of dance and cultural studies. Since 2018 become a teacher. 2020 Certified Floor Barre by Zena Rommette, 2022-2024 Certified PBT® level 1 and level 2 (Progressing Ballet Technique). Soon in April 2025 I will gain certification at Royal Ballet School (Point technique). During my teacher training journey I was working in Warsaw Ballet School, prepared girls for exam to ballet school. Recently you can meet me in Berlin.

Details about what we offer
In 10 sessions you will feel the difference, in 20 you will see the difference and in 30 you will have a whole new body.
Lengthen mules, stimulate circulation, increase spine and joint mobility, build core strength - this is what will happen with your body if you trust the process. It will open you another discovery in body.
Awarness of breath and alignment of the spine.
When you learn how to breath properly your body will thank you. You will feel such a relief and energy booster. Most of the woman concentrate on breathing and spine during pregnancy, but the truth is that this knowledge is extremely important for all of us.
How to start?
Whether you are dreaming to move like a ballerina, or change your body you need to decide that you want to keep on going and try. Book the best time for you. After first meeting we will chose what will work the best for you. Sometimes I am mixing technique to achieve your dream goal.

Mindfulness is a central component of my coaching approach. Through mindful practices, you will learn to live in the here and now, observe your thoughts and emotions, and face challenges with greater calmness.
